Is there a setup fee?
No. We help set up your account, packages, agents and drivers at no extra cost.
What if I go over my booking limit?
We will contact you about upgrading. Bookings are not blocked straight away.
Can I change plans mid-period?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately (prorated), downgrades from the next period.
How do I pay for my subscription?
By bank transfer, using the invoice we email to the account owner.
