Frequently asked questions
Do I need internet?
Yes. Kalko is web-based, so the counter and guest phones need a connection (WiFi or mobile data).
What devices do I need?
Any tablet, phone or laptop with a modern browser. Nothing to install. The camera is used to scan QR codes and driver KTPs.
Is guest data safe?
Data is encrypted, access is role-based (owner, admin, cashier), every action is in the audit log, and login is protected.
I still use paper/Excel. Is switching hard?
No. Set up activities, packages, agents and drivers in the dashboard, then put the QR at your counter. We help you get started.
How does the free trial work?
Message us on WhatsApp and we set up your account. You can try every feature during the trial.
Which payment methods can I record?
Cash, QRIS, bank transfer and EDC. Daily reports are split by payment method.
What about agents who pay monthly?
Agent bookings are collected into a monthly invoice at the agent net rate automatically. Print it as PDF and mark it paid.
